The culmination of years of giving.
Jerseys and Dresses™ was founded by Steph Donio Cauller after a day filled with fun, community, and inspiration at the New Heights Beer Bowl at the Sea Isle Yacht Club. While raising money for the Eagles Autism Foundation alongside Maryellen's Cakepops, Steph found herself unexpectedly joining the action—and even sharing a fun, unforgettable moment with Jason Kelce and Kylie Kelce.
That day captured everything she had been dreaming about for years: giving back, building community, and having a lot of fun doing it. Inspired by watching Maryellen create joy through generosity, Steph finally brought her long-time vision to life.
A second spark came from the Savannah Bananas. After hearing Jesse Cole talk about taking action—and making it fun—Steph made the call to the Community Foundation and officially launched the fund.
Steph has long been dedicated to giving back, sharing her time with organizations like Town of Hilton Head, Girls on the Run of the Lowcountry, Island Academy, TEDx Hilton Head, Hilton Head Island School for the Creative Arts, and Island Recreation Center.
Jerseys and Dresses™ is all about doing good, bringing people together, and never forgetting to have fun along the way.
Steph was raised in Malvern, PA, and relocated to Hilton Head Island, SC in 2010, where she, along with her husband, has been very busy raising their three children and enjoying warm winters.

Steph Donio Cauller is the founder of Jerseys & Dresses™, driven by a passion for bringing people together and giving back to the community she calls home.
With years of involvement across Hilton Head organizations—including Girls on the Run of the Lowcountry, Island Academy, TEDx Hilton Head, and more—Steph Donio Cauller has always been deeply committed to making an impact.
Originally from Malvern, Pennsylvania, Steph Donio Cauller moved to Hilton Head Island in 2010, where she lives with her husband and their three children. Her vision continues to guide Jerseys & Dresses—creating meaningful opportunities to give back while building a strong, connected community.

We empower and uplift communities by creating opportunities in literacy, education, autism support, youth sports, and small business initiatives. We believe everyone deserves access to resources that promote teamwork, respect, and meaningful impact.
